Checkbox Programme Terms *

I understand that ProVeg Incubator invests up to $300,000 in startups joining the programme. This includes a programme investment of $100,000 which is split into an initial cash investment of $25,000 and in-kind services valued at $75,000 (the 12-week curriculum, consultations with expert mentors, access to global networks, investor and partner introductions, and alumni services). For this €100,000 package, the ProVeg Incubator will require a fixed equity stake in each startup that joins the programme. Additionally, startups could receive a post-programme investment of up to $200,000. The terms for this investment will be mutually agreed upon prior to the startup's acceptance to ProVeg Incubator.
