Prakrit Sachdeva

Impact Program Manager at ProVeg Incubator

Prakrit Sachdeva is Impact Program Manager (Kickstarting For Good) at ProVeg Incubator. He is an entrepreneurship, ecosystem management and hospitality expert. Prior to joining ProVeg, he was with SAP.iO and SAP and co-founded HAKS – Hospitality And Kitchen Solutions in his hometown Delhi, India. Prakrit is passionate about the world of innovation and entrepreneurship, and how innovation can be used to do good for our society and the planet.

Albrecht Wolfmeyer

Director at ProVeg Incubator

Albrecht Wolfmeyer is Director at ProVeg Incubator. He joined ProVeg International in 2018 to build and launch ProVeg Incubator, the world’s first startup program dedicated to supporting impact-driven startups developing animal-free food solutions. Prior to joining ProVeg, Albrecht took charge of marketing and communications at the World Association of German Schools Abroad (WDA), a global non-profit organization. He led research projects in collaboration with the Bertelsmann Foundation and the University of St. Gallen. As a project and marketing manager at KPMG, Albrecht focussed on key topics like high-growth markets. As co-founder of a social startup, he gathered first-hand experience as an entrepreneur. Albrecht is a mentor, juror and speaker at numerous international food-tech, investment and startup programs, competitions and events. Albrecht studied in Berlin, Toronto, Paris and Fribourg. He holds degrees in non-profit and association management from the University of Fribourg and in social sciences from the Humboldt University of Berlin. Albrecht speaks German, English, Spanish, French, and Portuguese.

Antje Räuscher

Senior Innovation, Partnerships Manager and Co-Head

Antje is in charge of running the accelerator programme and selecting and coaching the startups that the Incubator works with. She is a trained agricultural economist, with a focus on food security and has a Bachelor’s in International Business Management. Antje worked in business development for consulting companies, as well as startups, and in the international cooperation field before joining the Incubator.

Hédi Farhat

Investment Associate

Hédi evaluates promising startups and coaches them throughout the period they participate at the Incubator. Hédi has an extensive background in investment and finance, he has worked for consulting companies, VC funds, and infrastructure companies. Before joining the team, he also founded a company that specialises in building startup investment theses. Hédi has an MSc. in Corporate Finance, is a Financial Modelling & Valuation Analyst® and is an all-around investment specialist.

Divya Murthy

Co-head / Investments Lead

Divya is in charge of evaluating companies to facilitate ProVeg’s startup investments. She also assesses and coaches startups during the accelerator programme. Divya is an MBA with a major in finance and has over six years of experience working with companies in strategy evaluation, due diligence, and financial modelling. Before joining the Incubator, Divya worked across roles in mergers and acquisitions consulting, corporate credit rating, and risk advisory.

Nick Martin Willer

ACT

Nick specialises in operations, recruiting, coaching, and marketing. Nick is the Founder of Advanced Coaching and Training (ACT) – a network of over 600 coaches, trainers, and consultants in Berlin. He is also the chairman of the Bundeskommission für Startups und Unternehmensgründungen – Germany’s largest SME-Association. Nick is passionate about coaching and consulting startups that want to make a change in the food industry.

Bob Kodrzycki

Encompass Biotech

Bob specialises in R&D, operations, and business development. As a PhD scientist, Bob weaves the worlds of business and science together. He has over 29 years of industry experience in synthetic biology, microbials, and biologicals and genomics in the agtech, industrial biotech, and renewables sectors.

Mans Ullerstam

Kale United

Mans specialises in product testing, finance, marketing, and business development. As well as being a serial entrepreneur, having built venture capital-backed companies with up to 100 employees, Mark is also the Founder of Kale United. Kale United is an ethical holding company that invests in exciting startups like Allplants, This, and Heura Foods.

Daniel Karsevar

PlantBased Solutions

Daniel specialises in finance, fundraising, R&D, production, scaling, marketing, and business development. As well as being a business consultant and product development expert, Daniel is also a trained chef and restaurateur. He worked as COO of Chloe’s Fruit before going on to found Solutiontopia – a consulting agency that launched numerous brands for Unilever and a range of other Fortune 500 companies. Daniel is currently the CEO at PlantBased Solutions – an award-winning agency that helps brands develop, launch, and scale plant-based food products.

Johannes Schmalenstroer

Orange New Business Ideas

Johannes specialises in distribution, marketing, and business development. With over 20 years experience in fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) and consumer goods, Johannes has a strong network in the German retail landscape, ranging from BIO to discount stores. Johannes leverges his network to consult startups during the preparation phase for market entry in Germany and Austria and for coaching and interim management during the introduction phase.

Daan Luining

Meatable

Daan specialises in fundraising, R&D, scaling, marketing, and cell biology. As Meatable’s CTO and scientific mastermind, Daan lives and breathes cultured meat. After working on the company’s first lab-grown hamburger project, he expanded his knowledge of the field at New Harvest – an NGO that funds academic research into cultured meat.

Jan Wirsam

HTW Berlin

Jan specialises in operations, recruiting, finance, R&D, marketing, product testing, legal advising, and business development. Jan has more than ten years of experience working with startups and small to medium enterprises, as well as with global players in the food industry. In addition, Jan is part of the educational programme of HTW Berlin (University of Applied Sciences, Berlin)

Jan Lingenbrinck

Edeka Food Tech Campus

Jan specialises in production, scaling, marketing, and business development. Jan has been working at the intersection of retail and technology since 2003 and has built an extensive network of contacts to share with startup founders. He currently holds the position of Tech Scout at the Food Tech Campus, hosted by Edeka in Berlin.
